Our business
British Energy Compliance Ltd is a UK utility consultancy. We have no manufacturing, low-skilled labour or overseas supply chain; our staff are UK-based and directly employed.
Our supply chain
Our supply chain consists primarily of UK-licensed energy and water suppliers, professional service providers (legal, accounting, IT) and software vendors. We expect every supplier in our chain to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to take reasonable steps to ensure their own supply chains do likewise.
Our policies
We operate a written modern-slavery policy, an anti-bribery policy, and a whistleblowing procedure. Concerns can be reported in confidence to a non-executive director.
