Track an audit, contact or compliance submission
Enter the email address you used and the reference number we returned (BEC-…) to check the status of your submission. Lookups are private to your email — we will never reveal a submission to anyone whose email does not match.
How tracking works
When you submit an audit request, contact-form enquiry or compliance question, you receive a reference number that begins BEC-. Use that reference and the email you submitted with to look up the current status here.
Statuses move through: received → under review → report sent → closed. Most cases reach the under review stage within one working day.
Lost your reference?
Email compliance@britishenergycompliance.co.uk from the address you submitted with and we will look it up by hand inside one working day.
Send us one bill. We'll send back every overcharge — and the cheapest legitimate replacement.
